“I’d never heard of Real TV before this project. I’d never heard of why they specialize in this ‘documentary style’, ‘real stories’ or how that could work. So, I was a little bit sceptical. So, their approach, really simply put is about real stories, they’re not staged, they’re not scripted. And it’s being able to bring them to life to amplify or emphasise the key messages. In this particular case it may have been real customers. It may have been real people talking about their experiences for good or bad. To see that in camera can be really confronting or it can be really flattering depending on how well you’re going.
