Signature Homes wanted New Home Consultants to be able to give their prospective customers a video that would allow the customer to really connect with the Consultant after having met them for one time only. They wanted enough engagement so that customers would feel they could really trust the consultant, respect their capabilities and sign up to build their new home.
We made individual videos of particular New Home Consultants, showing what they loved about their job, what they could offer and the people they worked alongside. But the main focus was on a specific relationship with a customer as they built their home. The videos are warm, full of personality and convey the human touch of the New Home Consultant with the very real and thankful perspective of their customer. House sales have increased as a result of the videos.
