To help motivate and educate agents to explore and embrace the world of digital marketing as the way of the future. Many agents were intimidated by, or didn’t understand digital channels and they needed to be inspired in a gentle way to embrace change.

 

Project


Through a mix of round table discussion from a variety of agents, intercut with interviews and case studies of how effective digital marketing can be, we made an inspiring video that rippled through the entire organization.

We used a mix of gentle coaxing, genuine success stories, humourous anecdotes and compelling facts to help usher in a new approach to marketing in the digital age.
