The Category Managers wanted to educate and inspire the owners and also the team members on the advantages to Mitre10 of stocking Valspar.
We filmed key people talking about why they had made the change, why Valspar was an incredible partner, and then we talked with team members on the ground. Some of them felt nervous about the change. We filmed them having genuine discussions with the category managers where they could voice their concerns. After the discussions they had come full circle. They embodied the change we wanted to see across the entire organization. The videos were the key component in selling the change, and it was implemented seamlessly with no negative reactions to the change.
