The Category Manager needed to roll out a huge revamp of kitchen displays and their layout in every Mega Store. She wanted to educate the team members as to why they made the changes and how it would benefit them, and their customers.
We filmed at the trade fair, at suppliers and at Megas to look at the entire kitchen project from supply chain, to selling to customers. We showed real customers and team members as they experienced the new kitchens first hand, recording their reactions. The resulting videos meant that there was tremendous buy-in from owners and team members around the new initiative.
