Competition for graduate talent is intense. Mainfreight wanted to provide a comprehensive look at their unique culture as one of NZ’s most successful companies. They wanted young graduates to self-select based on knowing the culture ahead of time.
Mainfreight are innovators and it was no surprise that they were one of the early adopters for our ‘real’ and authentic approach to video. We showed young team members comfortable enough to share irreverent moments with senior leaders, speaking in their own language, with a mix of seriousness of purpose, humorous interactions, and genuine warmth.
