Noel Leeming wanted to keep employees engaged and informed on a regular basis, across all its 70 stores nationwide. They wanted everyone to be on the same page, with the same stories and messages, in an efficient and reliable delivery system.
Tim Edwards (CEO) talks to camera, but also directly with team members in store. Videos are rolled out monthly, and shot in different stores. They cover KPI’s and strategic initiatives, as well as profiling individuals and giving a voice to average team members.
We steered Tim away from a teleprompter and helped him to become comfortable with being himself on camera. He’s now a star, and his inclusive and natural conversations with team members have contributed to an increase in staff engagement and an awareness of key issues and developments in the business.
