After a best practice mission to the USA, the NL leadership team found that the best retailors had told the story of their origins and their future vision to team members. This resulted in higher engagement and sales. They commissioned a history video to do just that.
We told the story of the man, Noel Leeming, and how his vision was still part of the DNA of the company. We also highlighted key moments in the evolution of the company, as told by long serving team members, suppliers and customers. But crucially, we involved a varied cross section of staff as they interacted, showcasing the vital and alive current culture. Finally, the leadership team painted a compelling vision of the future. The video was launched as part of the rebrand, and was met with an overwhelmingly positive response.
