Video Production Brief
A worker led initiative around Values and Safety was being rolled out. The team leading the project wanted to create a culture encouraging contributions from all staff in designing the aspects of safety around the plant.
Project
A key focus of the video was engendering a sense of pride and purpose amongst people – so that they realized their own worth and how important they were to the local community, each other and their families.
A ‘why’ was established behind the need for pro-activity around safety. Children were interviewed about how they felt about their dads safety.
